Whether you struggle with anxiety, addiction, grief, depression, are in the midst of a spiritual crisis or career confusion, individual therapy is a great place to begin the work of understanding how your past and present are connected so you can gain insight and free yourself from old patterns that are no longer serving you. It is in this work that we find a deeper sense of direction and purpose so we can more confidently walk into our future.
While it is often suffering that brings people into therapy, it doesn’t need to be the case. We can also arrive here with the intention of creating better habits, more satisfying relationships, or continue building on the work we have already started.
Although we work with different approaches, our primary influences are depth psychotherapy, trauma, EMDR and somatic therapy.
